Transport insurance:  Goods ordered from Romaissa-mode.de  are generally insured against loss or deterioration during transport.

Packing stations: No delivery to packing stations possible

Standard delivery

With standard delivery, goods in stock are delivered within approx. 3 to 5 working days. The shipping costs for standard delivery are free for you within the Federal Republic of Germany for purchases over €120.

If the purchase value is less than 120, the shipping costs will be 4.50 within Germany.

For international shipping (i.e. certain areas of the Netherlands, Belgium and Austria) shipping costs of 11.90 apply to every order, regardless of the order value.

​

Delivery is carried out by DPD/DHL/Hermes. DPD/DHL/Hermes delivers packages from Monday to Friday. If the DPD/DHL parcel delivery person does not find anyone, he will leave a notification card indicating that the parcel may be redirected or a new delivery attempt will be made, or the parcel will be left for collection at the nearest post office.
